Base & Shade are 21" tall, Shade is 12" diameter.

This shade is a collage of reproductions of tree engravings taken from The Works in Architecture of the Late Robert and James Adam, a book of architectural drawings that was printed in 1822. This lamp is one in a series inspired by these tree engravings.

The base is a collage of brass parts and a ceramic cylinder made by artist James Aarons.

All "Empire" lamps include new sockets, plugs and wiring.
