Base & Shade are 22.5" tall, Shade is 10" diameter.

I found a couple of 1970's chrome and plexiglass lamps at a garage sale and was inspired to take them apart and make new lamps out of the parts. The white marble base comes from another lamp, but all the pieces just found their way to one another almost immediately once they entered the studio. I was looking for simple patterns online when I found the image of a skylight with a traditional Islamic design that ended up inspiring the rest of the lampshade. I wanted this to feel clean and sophisticated -- like something you would find on a nightstand next to Jean Harlow or Carole Lombard.

All "Empire" lamps include new sockets, plugs and wiring.
